Aloe Vera Gel

You’ve probably used this incredible healing plant to soothe a bad sunburn. Aloe vera has the ability to soothe and aid in the healing of damaged skin. Aloe vera can be used to tighten loose skin as well as treat sunburns.

Aloe vera has the ability to shrink pores and hydrate the skin when applied. This helps to tighten the skin, improve skin texture, and soothe dry skin.

This natural moisturizer can be used on saggy skin anywhere, including the lower abdomen. To use aloe vera, simply extract the gel from the leaves of an aloe vera plant and apply it liberally to the skin.

Your skin should have an immediate smooth texture. Leave on your skin for at least 30 minutes.

Skin Tightening Lotions

There are numerous firming lotions on the market today that promise miraculous results. Every product claims to reverse aging and eliminate cellulite, stretch marks, and even saggy skin.

Unfortunately, everyone ages, and no amount of skin firming lotion will stop the process. A quality skin firming lotion, on the other hand, may help you if you’re looking for mild skin tightening effects.

When looking for a lotion to firm up your mom’s tummy pooch, it’s critical to consider the ingredients. Many lotions contain chemicals that you can’t even pronounce, let alone that aren’t good for your skin.

Before using any product, always read the ingredients!

Sulfate-containing products should not be used. Sulfates work against you rather than for you.

Coconut Oil

Coconut oil is a natural treatment for skin conditions such as psoriasis and eczema. Coconut oil can be used to prevent stretch marks and saggy skin during pregnancy.

This amazing natural oil has antifungal, anti-inflammatory, and antibacterial properties. Wow!

Coconut oil promotes baby soft skin by nourishing multiple skin layers. Even better, coconut oil contains vitamin A, which aids in the production of collagen, promoting a more youthful appearance.

Coconut oil contains vitamin E and fatty acids, both of which promote cellular growth. Saggy skin could be eliminated permanently with increased collagen and new cellular growth!

You don’t need to use a lot of oil to lather, just a tablespoon at a time. You may develop pimples if you apply too much coconut oil to your stomach.

Exfoliate

While coconut oil, tightening lotions, and aloe vera can help increase skin moisture and reduce loose skin, exfoliation is always necessary.

Why should you exfoliate your skin?

The products you use accumulate on your skin over time. When a product accumulates, it can cause it to stop working. Exfoliating your loose stomach skin can help to reduce the appearance of pores and remove dead skin.

Whatever method you use to tighten your skin, it will be more effective if you use an exfoliating scrub on a regular basis.

Exfoliating with sea salt three times a week improves blood flow and elasticity in saggy skin. Some people exfoliate more than once a day, which I think is a little excessive. You run the risk of damaging your skin if you exfoliate too frequently.

A coffee scrub is another option for exfoliating. Aside from the fact that it smells amazing, coffee contains antioxidants that can help slow down skin aging. Once a week, exfoliate your troubled areas with a coffee exfoliate scrub.

Collagen

Instead of slathering on creams, lotions, oils, and scrubs, nourish your skin from within. Collagen hydrolysate, also known as hydrolyzed collagen, has been shown to increase the amount of collagen in the skin.

Your mom belly pooch can gain elasticity and firmness by including a collagen supplement in your diet.

It’s important to understand that collagen is a gelatin, which means it contains animal proteins. So, if you’re a vegetarian or vegan, a collagen supplement might not be your best bet for getting rid of that pesky saggy skin.

Breastfeed

Breastfeeding your child is an excellent way to quickly lose your mom pooch. However, I find this method of losing a mom pooch to be a little amusing.

It’s ridiculous because not every mother is able to breastfeed her child. Breastfeeding is arduous work for both you and your child. There are a million factors that influence whether or not you can breastfeed. If every mother could breastfeed, there would be no need for formula, breast pumps, or donor milk banks.

If you have a plentiful supply of milk and your baby has a good latch. You’re in for a treat. Start and continue breastfeeding for as long as you can to help reduce your mom pooch.

Breastfeeding burns a lot of calories, 300 to 400 per day. Breastfeeding, in addition to burning extra calories, contracts your uterus, causing your belly to return to its original size (before pregnancy). So, if you’re able, keep breastfeeding, momma!

Exercise

I know it’s easier said than done. It’s difficult to find time to exercise when you have children.

Make exercise a priority, not only to get rid of your mom pooch, but also to be a healthy mother! Incorporating an exercise routine that focuses on your lower stomach area may help to reduce your loose skin.

Planks are one of the simplest and most effective exercises for toning and tightening loose skin on your stomach. Planks, whether you like them or not, force your muscles to work just by staying in one position.

I increased my plank holding time from 25 seconds to 2 minutes since becoming serious about losing pregnancy weight. Yes, it did take some time.

Here’s a quick primer to get you started:

Hold a plank for 30 seconds.

30 seconds of rest

Hold a plank for 30 seconds.

30 seconds of rest

You can continue this planking pattern for as long as you like. Alternatively, until your arms simply collapse.

If planks aren’t your thing, try any exercise that gets your heart rate up. Cardio exercises, such as 30 to 60 minutes of brisk walking or jogging, help burn calories and reduce belly fat. Jumping jacks, rather than jogging, are a quick way to get your heart rate up without leaving your living room.

You can also incorporate resistance training into your workout regimen. For example, when doing lunges and squats, add kettlebell weights to add resistance. Include a medicine ball in your ab workouts.

It is always best to begin slowly with resistance training and cardio. Don’t overexert your body. If you do, you will be sore the next day. You have been cautioned!

Shapewear

Do you ever have days when you’re just not happy with your body? You know those times when you’re a little gassy and bloated?

Yes, I do! Some days I’m lacking in confidence, and other days I’m just bloated. When I have days like this and need to get out of the house, I reach for my Shapewear. I’m not embarrassed about it! Although my mom pooch remains, Shapewear provides me with the (temporary) confidence I need to conceal my flabby lower stomach.

While shaping undergarments aren’t a long-term solution for getting rid of loose stomach skin, they are a quick fix for hiding my mom’s tummy. Don’t be embarrassed if you need or want to try Shapewear!

Conclusion

Many moms are forced to live with a mom pooch. We simply do not acknowledge or discuss our extra stomach skin. We like to pretend that if you don’t discuss something, it doesn’t exist.

Worse still. We don’t discuss our sagging skin because we’re embarrassed. You may believe you are the only one with a mommy tummy. You are, however, not alone!

A mom pooch, on the other hand, is proof that both you and I have brought into the world beautiful human beings. Our bodies have changed dramatically as a result of pregnancy.

That’s fantastic if you’re comfortable in your own skin and proudly wear a bikini! I wish I had your assurance. However, if you’re like me and are self-conscious about your loose skin, take action right away!

Every mother should be at ease in her own skin!

Apply these natural remedies today if you want to regain your confidence by getting rid of your mom pooch!
